Limitation of Liability and Indemnification Clause

Care for the Booth - Our booths love a good party, but they don’t love being dropped, spilled on, or treated like a dance partner. Please keep the booth and props safe while in your care. Liability - If the booth or any accessories are damaged, lost, or stolen during your hire, you’ll be responsible for repair or replacement costs. (Translation: please don’t let Uncle Barry balance his drink on it 🍹). Timing - We do our best to stick to your requested start and finish times, but exact timing may vary depending on bookings. Don’t worry — we’ll confirm with you before the big day. Set-Up Space - Please make sure there’s a safe, sheltered, and accessible space for the booth. Stairs, tight hallways, or setting up on a trampoline = tricky. Cancellations - Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to work with you on rescheduling. The Fun Bit By ticking “I agree,” you’re officially ready to laugh, pose, and make memories with your Pop Pix booth. 🎉

🎉 PopPix x Melbourne Glamping Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is hosted by PopPix Photo Booth in collaboration with Melbourne Glamping.

2. Entry Period
Entries open on the date of publication and close at 11:59pm AEST on 27.8.26.

3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must have a public Instagram profile at the time the winner is drawn so entries can be verified.

4. How to Enter

Unlimited entries permitted. Each unique comment counts as one entry.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

A PopPix Photo Booth hire for one Melbourne Glamping event.

Prize includes:

Standard photo booth hire up to the value of $490
Delivery, set-up and pack-down
Unlimited digital photos
Unlimited prints (where applicable to the selected package)

6. Prize Conditions

Valid only for Melbourne Glamping events within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Subject to Pop Pix's availability on the requested event date.
Must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being announced.
Not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
Any upgrades, additional hours, travel outside Melbourne metro or optional extras are at the winner's expense.

7. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random within 5 days of the competition closing and contacted via Instagram direct message.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

8. General

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
