Care for the Booth - Our booths love a good party, but they don’t love being dropped, spilled on, or treated like a dance partner. Please keep the booth and props safe while in your care. Liability - If the booth or any accessories are damaged, lost, or stolen during your hire, you’ll be responsible for repair or replacement costs. (Translation: please don’t let Uncle Barry balance his drink on it 🍹). Timing - We do our best to stick to your requested start and finish times, but exact timing may vary depending on bookings. Don’t worry — we’ll confirm with you before the big day. Set-Up Space - Please make sure there’s a safe, sheltered, and accessible space for the booth. Stairs, tight hallways, or setting up on a trampoline = tricky. Cancellations - Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to work with you on rescheduling.
